Health Partners—Incredible
Healthcare at Incredible Rates
If
you haven't achieved the health you want,
we can help! If you haven't been listened to with the respect
you deserve, we are here. If you haven't been to the doctor
because it is too expensive, we can help. We offer a sliding
fee scale that is based on your income—the
less you make, the less you pay. Just call us or stop by the
clinic,
and we would be happy to explain how the sliding fee scale
works. We also accept Medicaid, Medicare and all private insurance
plans as well.

Wednesday, Friday: 8am – 5 pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 10am – 7 pm
