Community Health Partners—Incredible Healthcare at Incredible Rates

If you haven't achieved the health you want, we can help! If you haven't been listened to with the respect you deserve, we are here. If you haven't been to the doctor because it is too expensive, we can help. We offer a sliding fee scale that is based on your income—the less you make, the less you pay. Just call us or stop by the clinic, and we would be happy to explain how the sliding fee scale works. We also accept Medicaid, Medicare and all private insurance plans as well.

Physicians Assistants
Physicians Assistants (PAs) are medical professionals who are licensed to practice medicine under the supervision of a physician. As with nurse practitioners, PAs collect patient histories, conduct physical exams, order and interpret lab tests, and diagnose and treat illness.

Michelle Marti completed her training at the University of Washington and has been providing great primary care services since September 1998. Michelle is at CHP most Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. She plans to learn medical Spanish and is dedicated to her work. "I love what I do!" Michelle spends her spare time with family, reading, gardening, and traveling.
Rebecca Hintze has lived all over the world and comes to us most recently from California. She received her PA degree from Stanford University in 1989. Rebecca is at CHP most Tuesdays and Fridays and has been with the organization for three years. She speaks Spanish and is deeply committed to her work. Rebecca's professional objective is caring for people who have not had adequate access to healthcare. "I believe in caring for the whole person... the body is inseparable from the mind..." Rebecca's areas of personal interest are biking, grandkids, travel, graphic and web design, and reading.
