Learning
Partners, affiliated with Community Health Partners and located
in Livingston, provides inviting services to encourage and
develop literacy in children and adults through reading programs,
support services, tutoring, and education.
Reach Out and Read
Pediatric
early literacy program provides guidance from medical staff
regarding the importance of reading aloud to young children.
Information on early literacy development is shared during
well child check-ups and new children's books are distributed
at each visit.

Family Center
Family
literacy programming strives to break the cycle of poverty and low
literacy by improving the educational opportunities of young
families. Our program provides a family-focused approach,
serving parents and children with intensive educational and family
support services including:
Adult Education (see below)
Quality education for children, birth through seven years
Parent support groups, parenting education and support services
Parent and child literacy activities

Adult Learning Lab
Instruction
for adults (16 and older) who wish to improve their basic skills
and/or obtain their GED. Other goals may include
citizenship, improved math or writing skills, ESL (English as
a Second Language), job seeking skills (keyboarding, computer
skills, resume writing, etc.), or any other adult educational
objectives.

Learning Partners Adult Education Lab (112 West Lewis Street,

Adult Literacy
Instruction for adults (16 and older) who wish to improve their
basic literacy skills. It has been estimated that approximately
2400 individuals in Park County are in the lowest level of literacy.
